Lindorff adopts Affecto's digital workdesk to develop business
To improve its customer service and internal document management, Lindorff Oy, a provider of client and credit management services, has chosen to implement Affecto's digital workdesk based on Microsoft SharePoint 2010 solutions. The digital workdesk will be adopted by Lindorff offices in Finland, Russia and the Baltic states.
The SharePoint-based digital workdesk will help Lindorff manage and maintain its manifold document versions, thereby supporting business growth. The digital workdesk will speed up internal communication between different Lindorff offices and provide invaluable support to company operations.

Adopting Affecto's workdesk for internal use will greatly help us to maintain and develop the standard of quality in other business functions as well”, said Ms Laura Inttilä, the Head of Lindorff's Project Management Office.
According to Ms Inttilä, the trust generated by Affecto already at the bidding stage affected the choice of the supplier.

The criteria for selection also included a broad knowledge of the business field and extensive expertise in Business Intelligence Solutions. The size of Affecto's business and their presence in Scandinavia was also an instrumental factor in Lindorff's choice of partner.
Lindorff is set to implement the digital workdesk at the onset of 2012. The headquarters of Lindorff's Easter-Central Europe division is located in Turku, Finland, where Affecto also has an office.
